I've been banking with chase for about 3 1/2 years and they are the best!! Anytime I have had issues with my bank account they done all they could to help me resolve that issue, I love how they keep improving their service and the employees (specifically at the on 5th ave) are very nice and friendly some know you by name. I would think to go to any other bank, chase bank is where it's at!!
DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE! A couple employees are great, but in general, banking with Chase has been irritating, inconvenient, and as of the last stunt pulled on me, a little ridiculous.
This bank as well as all chase banks suck. They can't count money correctly, have stupid guide lines such as (only the account holder can deposit cash into their account). My wife took cash to deposit into my account and they would not accept it. Their excuse was the fact that it could be counterfeit. It seems to me that a bank should be capeable of identifying counterfeit cash. She walked inside the bank and that is what they told her. I tried the same thing with someone elses account and i got the same response. It always takes forever for any transaction at this bank regardless of drive thru or walk in. Extremely slow service.
Where do I start?? Your business drive thru hours should open sooner than they do, the business drive thru is slow slow slow at huntington and barboursville locations! They shut down the only location worth going to on 20th street. Those ladies were fast and got us in and out of there because we have a small family owned and operated business to run we can not afford a 40 minute wait in the middle of the day!
They shut down most of their ATMs, now you get to wait a half hour to get money. Should get zero stars. Will be closing out my account soon.
