Cleanliness is decent. Employees at the register are usually very friendly, floor employees just kind of ignore you and do their own thing. That's a plus for some and a negative for others. Prices are, eh. Sometimes you can find a killer deal, but usually it's over priced. Shoe selection is in the toilet. It use to be the place to go for shoes, now the selection is horrible at best and prices have gone up quite a bit. Would I recommend this store? Yeah. But it's not what it used to be.

The staff is so friendly. They keep a clean store. The selection is second to no one. They have some of the best selection of clothing I have seen anywhere. Only down fall, is that I don’t have one to shop at in Detroit or Flint Michigan.
Some good deals can be found, however many prices can be topped by shopping clearance or with coupons at the dept stores. Customer service does not seem like a high priority but the store has been remodeled and has a better layout than before. Checkout is sometimes slow.
Found great deals.. Pretty clean considering my visit was during the busy xmas shopping time. The line moved very fast which made the experience even better. Definitely will shop here again when I'm in the area.
