Called more than 5 times. Left messages, but no return calls. Finally, spoke to her and still saying this is how Dr. Khanna billed it and will talk to him. But she's doing the billing. Be careful with her.
Apparently Dr. Kahn advises staff to cancel appointments if they cannot confirm ahead of time. No missed calls and no voicemail at all. I showed up for my appointment to be told it was cancelled. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Khanna is great. But the office will not refund over charge. They ask you pay the whole amount up front and they'll bill insurance company. If insurance company pays any amount, they'll will refund that amount. It has been more than six months. Karen, in the office is rude and treat you as she's doing you a favor. It is her job and should treat you as customer and patient. They owe me $479 but will not do it.
I think it is common practice to charge Anesthesia 15 minutes units. They just went couple minutes over and charge for whole 15 minutes. They could not have charged me for that. If they were efficient, it could have saved me $125. And then they would have lost $125. This figures how they charge to make money. I don't have problem for them to make money, but not like this.
