I love the remote key that was provided its so convenient to use . I am glad Xfinity/Comcast didn't send a serviceman out to repair my system. I wouldn't have known that ADT was much better anyway.. Comcast.
My home was broken into on Friday and my jewelry was taken. I called ADT after the police left and the technicians were here on Saturday! The response to my immediate need was wonderful. The technicians were professional and thorough, showing concern for my situation. They went the extra mile to ensure that my security needs were met. I immediately felt safer as soon as they drove up. The installation went smoothly and was completed in just a couple of hours. I am so pleased that I now have peace of mind and can leave my house and not be consumed with worry.
The installation of our home Security System was a pleasant time. The technicians were very friendly, professional, and prompt. Upon completion,we were instructed about the operation of the system. We feel very safe here,because of the complexity of how it works. We would highly recommend ADT to our friends and family.
I cannot say enough great things about our installation and service connected to it. Sales rep very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all questions no matter how trivial they seemed to be. Don't know why we did not return to ADT long ago as we were always happy with the service we received. The gentleman explained the system very well and told me what would be the best way to protect my home. He installed the system in a reasonable amount of time. He helped my son and myself get everything set up on our smart phones and working correctly before he left.
