I wouldn't have selected one star but it made me. I ordered a tonneau cover and paid for it in full on that day. I was told it would be in within 7-10 days. After ten days I called and they couldn't tell me when it would be in. So I waited another week or so and called but again they didn't have a clue when it would be in. Waited a while longer and after a full month had went by since I placed my order I called again but again they had no idea when it would be in. They even called "there distribution facility" and they were just as dumb as the people running the store. I went down later that day to get my money "cash" back but was told cooperate would send me a check.. but the moron couldn't tell me when I would get it. Surprise surprise. I then called cooperate to see if they could tell me when I would get my check and they told me I would have to wait a week or so... flat out ridiculous! They are very poorly ran and have bad business savvy.. don't waist your time with them
The products are excellent but the service is even better this place is a real gem in terms of local businesses.
One star....Bought the "black Friday special" for running boards on my truck for $199, with installation to be $80.... total of $298 paid up front. Decided to install myself, asked for refund of installation, then got told that the installation was "included in the price." That explains why the receipt he gave me when I paid - in his words: "looks funny but, it all comes out the same in the bottom line." Wonder what the #IRS would think about his questionable invoicing practices??? Getting my refund tomorrow and will take my business and my money elsewhere.
Three stars.... Received call from Keith, district manager, following my review. Explained my issue with the Huntington location. Keith was very apologetic, and expressed that he wanted to try to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I told him that i had moved on and purchased elsewhere, but he went further and stated that he would refund my money and send me a $50 credit for me to give them a chance to do a better job. I appreciate his desire to earn back my business and will likely give them a chance to redeem themselves. When i do, i will update my review.
Awesome experience with tjese guys. I understand when ording parts your at the mercy of the vendor but,once the parts came in they were installed and I was on the road again. Thanks again Leonard...see you soon
Great service from these guys, they went far beyond the scope of customer service and helped me get my truck ready to go camping again....thanks to all they guys again.
