I have been receiving services for almost 2 years. During that time they have continually shafted my child to send staff to res homes. It's not fair and I've complained about it been told they wouldn't do it anymore but they persist.

Last month they didn't send the yearly family support dates out till the first one had already past. In general not happy and will be finding another provider.
