I've used State Farm Insurance for 30 years. Throughout those years I've dealt with numerous State Farm agents because of relocation. When I moved to Huntington,WV there was a State Farm agency about a block away from where I lived. So I transferred all of my policies to that agency. I suppose God was looking over because Francis Edwards far exceeded my expectations. She truly cares about her clients and goes far above any other agent I've ever used, to keep her clients informed about policy changes. Had it not been for her keeping track of my policies, I would have lost two whole life insurance policies, one of which I've had for approximately 25 years.
