I urge all consumers to avoid doing business with these people. After ordering our mattress on Jan 20th, we have had nothing but excuses and a delivery of a weathered and worn version of a mattress in over one month.After that delivery, we were promised several subsequent deliveries which never happened. When we requested that they credit our account and come pick up this terrible mattress, we were denied. When I informed the owner that I would be calling the Attorney General to file a formal complaint, he told me that I was making him upset and then had the audacity to hang up on me. Neither I or the representative with the WV Attorney General had ever heard of such terrible business practices. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra dollars at a reputable mattress store and leave these people be. If they are going out of business, as their one million signs suggest, that I can understand exactly why.
just look for the assholes lined up and down rt 60. apparently they are closing, and yet not closing.
