I actually am currently renting here and the only complaint I really have is the high rent. There is an apartment building identical to ours that rents for 490 while ours are now going for 740. Just because ours allow pets and the other doesn't. They are very quick to repair anything that you bring to their attention and the staff is very friendly
One star because I cant give 0. Unless you enjoy drama, being accused of things you were not responsible for, and being lied to, do not rent from Garden Park. In 3 months I dealt with BLACK MOLD (water heater was installed one month before I moved in, yet the mold from it not being installed properly was somehow my fault), BED BUGS twice (I had to pay for their infestation), and rude, argumentative management. Honestly, living in my car would have been better than renting from Garden Park.
I've lived here for several years now. I DID love it, but now I am having some real issues with inconsiderate neighbors. Their dog nearly attacked my very small dog, who is ill. I have had other, more mild issues with these people in the past that GP did not successfully resolve. If this problem isn't fixed asap, my husband and I are going to have to move. I am so upset.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and inviting. Apartments are very nice and maintained worth the price.
We used to love renting from them until it was time to move out. Cleaned the apartment better than it was when we moved in, they lied and said it wasn't cleaned. To make matters worse, I left my 1 3/4 carat diamond wedding rings in the apartment and they kept them. No phone call letting me know I left it...nothing! Worse company EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! SAVE THE HEADACHE!!! The staff was rude rude rude!!!
